1970?-2007

When you were young, you raced, we know this is true,
Because on your lip, there is a tattoo.

How many owners since then? Since the days you raced?
We don't really know due to papers misplaced.

Mandy's hunter you were for years
(and mules were one of your biggest fears!)

In '96 you came to live with me, traded Corgi pup and some extra money.

Some jumping, dressage, and lessons too,
Funny looking face but we still loved you.

The smoothest canter in all the stable,
(but still dumped a few riders, when you were able!)

Championships, you won a few.
You did mostly whatever we asked of you.

In your golden years you were so proud
of your band of mares, it was a small crowd!

Grayer and grayer you've become
at the ripe old age of a hundred and some.

We hope that you will frolic again, in lush green pastures, in Horse Heaven!
