• Primary riding instructor
• Overall management of facility
• Plan and Organize horse shows on premises

Qualifications:

• CHA certified instructor; Level 3 English and Jumping, Level 2 Western
• 30+ years experience giving lessons
• Show experience in hunter, dressage, western pleasure and saddle seat
• Graduate of Ohio State University Agricultural Technical Institute's Horse Production and Management program
• Carded judge for Wisconsin 4-H
• Many-time WWHSA year-end award winner in dressage
• Students have won numerous WWHSA hunter and dressage championships

Scott Windmiller

Duties:

• Farm and equipment maintenance
• Jump design and construction
• Riding instruction
• Horse hauling
• Dressage test reading

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Ohio State University Agricultural Technical Institute's Horse Production and Management program
• WWHSA year-end award winner in hunter divisions
• Experience showing hunters and dressage, as well as cutting, reining and PRCA bronc riding
• Experienced handling breeding stallions
• Experienced in foal delivery

Junior

Duties:

• Teaching beginning riders the basics
• Instilling confidence in the timid
• Weanling babysitter
• Chief peppermint schmoozer

Qualifications:

• Over 12 years experience carrying students from their first posting trot to their first jump
• Show experience in the hunter ring
• Helping numerous beginning riders win their first show championship

Norman and Beethoven

Duties:

• Announcing arrival of visitors
• Chasing balls and squeaky toys
• Wiggling butts
• Keeping ponies and cats in line

Qualifications:

• Because we're so cute we get away with it

Nacho

Duties:

• Catching rodents
• Warming laps
• Keeping humans in line
